Cancellation- As the competition is based on fresh song which will be downloaded by the contestants there is no policy of cancellation, however if the contestant has registered and not downloaded the song then only you can ask for the refund within 24 hours from making online payment, you can write to our customer support team on zoof.support@gmail.com or whatsapp us on +91- 77150 17766 In such cases, the registration will be cancelled and the money will be refunded to you within 7 working days after the cancellation request.
Refund Policy - As the competition is based on fresh song which will be downloaded by you there is no policy of refund, however the registration charges will be refunded only if the procedure is not completed by us in case any of the song which is downloaded by the contestant. In any other case there will not be any refund. No application or call for refund will be entertained.
Please Note - Mode of refund may vary depending on circumstances depending on the clearance by bank and payment mode done by the contestants.
